SERTI WMS focuses on the part of the operation where mistakes cost the most: finished-goods operations and cold-room warehousing. It helps manage high-volume, short-shelf-life product so inventory is in the right place, at the right time, and still within code date.
From infeed and purchase-for-resale through packaging and loadout, the system tracks what you have, where it is in the plant, and its code-date status. This helps cut spoilage, mis-shipments, and last-minute cooler scrambles.
SERTI WMS also handles common dairy shipping and handling formats in one system: milk crates, corrugated boxes, pally carts, caseless pallets, totes, tankers, and bossy carts. Where configured, SERTI also supports integrated corrugated and cased fluid milk picking through the same pick-chain conveyor. The system supports fluid milk as well as cultured and frozen products such as yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream and ice cream, including cups, tubs, multi-packs, pails and drums. Your operation can keep using familiar shipping and handling formats instead of changing to fit new software.

Fast, keyboard- and scanner-based workflows for busy plants
In a cold room or on the dock, speed and accuracy matter most. SERTI WMS uses keyboard-driven operator consoles with function keys and shortcuts, so operators can enter transactions quickly with fewer mistakes.
This setup is built for high-throughput work and pairs with RF scanners and StayLinked-based applications. Operators can scan, confirm, and move product on the floor with the same speed and reliability they get at the console.
Dairy-specific reporting is a key differentiator. The system produces reports on product age, code date, inventory by container type, and route details fast enough to support same-day decisions.
